Bill & Craig Partridge opened the Park bowling, Craig taking the early honours, removing Harris, caught behind by Bob Harbert (14 for 1). Craig then bowled Patel off the inside edge (23 for 2). Bill then had Nabil caught by the convalescing Simon Ewin, recovering from an appendix operation at short mid wicket (40 for 3). Simon then turned his arm over and immediately had Freeman caught behind by Bob (58 for 4), and Patel caught by Alan Russell, taking a stinger at mid off (64 for 5). Craig Brooke-Smith came on at the other end and caused havoc, having Boyte caught behind (66 for 6). Simon took his third wicket when Bob stumped Wadud who was halfway to the pavillion when the bails came off (80 for 7). Brookey cleaned up the last 3 wickets, Palmer LBW (85 for 8), Holmes bowled (85 for 9) and Chainey clean bowled to skittle NatWest for 86

Christian O'Mahoney and Dave Brupbacher opened the batting with Christian hitting the first ball for four and being bowled by a high full toss next ball, Park 4 for 1. Skipper Daz Fowdy was looking solid til he got a good ball and edged to slip for 13, Park 30 for 2. Tim Gannon hit a quick 20 before being caught, Park 54 for 3. When Bru's vigil ended for 14 runs (at 66 for 4), Park had a bit of a wobble losing Al Russell for a duck (67 for 5) and Craig Brooke-Smith for 1 (73 for 6). When Bob Harbert was adjudged LBW for 10 the Park nerves were jangling at 80 for 7 but a couple of classy off drives from Craig Partridge saw Park home to a win, 88 for 7 off 24 overs. Craig finishing 13 not out and Trev Brupbacher 0 not out.
Quality bowling was the order of the day with Craig & Bill opening well and Craig Brooke-Smith putting in the sort of performance which would normally guarantee a MOM but Simon Ewin takes the honours with an outstanding fielding display including a catch, and a very welcome return to bowling taking 3 wickets, all less than three weeks after having an operation.
